eStudy recognizes that its users may have legitimate concerns about privacy. This privacy policy sets forth our practices regarding the collection and use of personal information, as well as the choices we offer regarding the use of this information. Security

The eStudy Website has security measures that protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control.

eStudy requires a username and password combination to access all of the eStudy content and features.

Student information is stored in a secured database accessible only to eStudy personnel. eStudy uses all reasonable efforts to comply with FERPA guidelines concerning protection of student information.

eStudy has been designed to allow users to view only the information that they have been permitted to access. Student users, for example, can only view material in those courses for which they have purchased or properly obtained access.

eStudy constantly monitors its systems for unauthorized use.

We use industry-standard efforts such as firewalls and secure socket layers where appropriate, to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. However, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet.

Public Forums

This site makes discussion forums available to registered users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information through a public forum.

Affiliates

eStudy is a privately funded corporation. All financing has been provided by individuals and investment organizations. The company has received no financial assistance from suppliers, distributors, resellers, information vendors, or other entities that might present a potential conflict in choice or objectivity, or have access to confidential personal information.
